Ungkep Ati Ayam

Bahan:
ati ayam
bawang putih
gula merah
daun salam
lengkuas
garam + merica

Bumbunya mirip bumbu empal, minus sereh aja.

Ga perlu digoreng, cukup dimasak di atas api kecil/sedang bersama bumbu-bumbuan sampai airnya mengering. Abis itu baru dikasih minyak sedikit.

Anak-anakku dua-duanya suka ati ayam, dimasak gini tambah semangat makannya. Kalo Chloe malah digadoin, sebentar aja dua ati langsung abis. 😀
